Strong Roots, Keep it Local
Service
Transform your forest or yard and bring it back to life.
Inherited a property that has been let go? Bought a lot where the previous owner deferred everything? Whole-property rehab is what we do: assess forest health, remove hazards, thin overcrowded stands, address erosion, and restore land that is healthy, walkable, and defensible.
Deferred tree work is one of the most reliably deferred forms of maintenance a seller can hand on, so this is a common first-year project for new owners.
We can phase it across seasons so the cost arrives gradually, or run a larger crew and compress it.
See examples in our project gallery or browse before / after transformations.
After purchasing a property that's been neglected, before listing for sale, or whenever your land feels less like a forest and more like a fuel pile.
We quote on site, in writing, after walking the work with you. These are the variables that move the number:
On a newly bought Wasatch Back lot the pattern is consistent enough to predict: dead standing conifer near the roof line, a slash pile behind the outbuilding, beetle-killed trees along a property line, and oak brush grown into the first thirty feet. A full rehab on a sizeable parcel can run well into five figures, which sounds steep until you compare it against a dead lodgepole on the garage in November or a fire that reached the house because the first five feet were planted in juniper. Front-loading year one costs less than reacting in year three.
Have us clear hazardous areas of dead fall and dead standing, along with creating fire breaks, to protect you and your home from wildfire.
